The Omega 4 E, electric ultrasonic welder is recommended to join thermoplastics or non woven textiles, and for food cutting.

It is available in a desktop version, as a base or modular integration, in a soundproof cabin version or as a workstation.
Description
The OMEGA 4 offers you :
Productive intelligence: start-up self-checks, warnings if the machine runs out of air, part melting detection, production monitoring specifying the part welding status.
High connectivity: ethernet, OPC UA server, VNC remote access, USB port…
Reactive Welding System: 12 welding phases, up to 50 amplitude profiles as well as 10 welding settings including 3 in the Mecasonic exclusive Reactive Welding System (RWS). The reaction of the part determines the continuity of the weld.
Touch HMI Human Machine Interface: to easily and quickly program welding settings with built-in assistance.
